File Upload Guide
Prepare your artwork for print. Follow our simple steps for a smooth upload process.
1. Preparing Your Artwork
Preferred file formats: For optimal print quality, we recommend providing your artwork in PDF, AI, EPS, or TIFF formats. These formats preserve image quality and ensure accurate color reproduction.
Image Resolution: Ensure your images have a high resolution to prevent pixelation in the final product. We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for print materials.
Color Mode: Please provide your artwork in CMYK color mode for accurate color matching.

2. File Preparation Tips
Bleed and Safe Zones: If your design includes elements that extend to the edge of the page, be sure to include bleed margins. We also recommend creating a safe zone for important text or images to avoid cropping.
Font Conversion: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them in your file to ensure consistent display across different systems.
Image Compression: Avoid heavily compressing images as this can negatively impact print quality.
